We're happy to report that power has been restored to the Gale Centre. To allow the rinks sufficient time to return to proper temperature, the facility will reopen at 6:00 PM.

Gale Centre Arena bookings are cancelled until 5:00 PM.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as necessary.

There was a power surge at the Gale Centre at approximately 7:30 am this morning. NPEI is aware, has determined the issue, and is working to resolve it. This outage impacts the refrigeration plant, so we have cancelled ice rentals until 3:00 pm.
We will continue to update user groups should any further cancellations be required
