This meeting is being held to gain an understanding from community stakeholders about the priorities for the area moving forward, specifically focused on the following topic areas:

  • The future vision for Lundy’s Lane.
  • Zoning and land use policies.
  • Motel conversions to residential uses.
  • Understanding the impact of change on
    businesses, social services and the historic
    character of Lundy’s Lane.
  • Affordable housing.
