Some NRBN – Niagara Regional Broadband Network Enterprise Voice customers may be experiencing issues when making or receiving calls from Rogers numbers, including one-way audio or hearing another conversation unexpectedly.

This issue is currently affecting phone lines at Niagara Falls City Hall.

NRBN is actively working with their upstream provider to resolve the issue.
