City of Niagara Falls seeking community input on developing a brand strategy

NIAGARA FALLS, ON - In collaboration with branding experts at Cinnamon Toast New Media Inc., the City of Niagara Falls is embarking on a community engagement initiative to create a brand strategy that reflects the City's shared pride and evolving identity. Opportunities for feedback are now available. 

A municipality's brand strategy is much more than a logo or tagline; it is the city's collective identity. It encompasses the city’s values, culture, and reputation, shaping how residents, businesses, visitors, and potential investors perceive it. Once finalized, Niagara Falls' brand strategy will align with the City's mission and values, help attract new businesses, support economic development, and present a dynamic, forward-thinking public image that encourages long-term growth and community engagement.

Community input is not only welcome but vital. There are several ways to have your say, including:

  • Take the Brand Development Strategy Survey: The collective insights from this survey will help shape the City of Niagara Falls’ brand development, designed to capture the City's unique character and essence. The survey is now available on Let's Talk Niagara Falls until Friday, October 4, 2024. 
  • RSVP to the Community Open House: Join the City for a group open house session at MacBain Community Centre, Room D & E, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. RSVP to [email protected]
  • Share feedback, stories, and photos: Residents know better than anyone what makes the city special. Share what makes Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls on Let's Talk Niagara Falls.
  • Spread the word: Share this engagement with friends and family and encourage them to participate.
