Developed by 308 Consulting & Strategy Group Inc., the plans provide a comprehensive, evidence-based framework to ensure the Niagara Falls Fire Department continues to meet the needs of a growing and changing community.
The plans focus on prevention, public education, and emergency response, ensuring that services keep pace with community growth and evolving needs. They’ll also guide future investments in training, equipment, and fire station planning to keep residents and businesses safe
