Level-Up Program: Building Skills. Restoring Confidence. Creating Opportunity

The City of Niagara Falls is proud to have launched the Level-Up Program in partnership with CUPE Local 133 and the Niagara Region.

Level-Up was created to help people build practical skills, regain confidence, and find stability through meaningful work. It’s about more than employment - it’s about opportunity, dignity, and a pathway forward.

We’ve seen firsthand how powerful that opportunity can be. Participants are gaining experience, strengthening their abilities, and moving toward long-term success.

Now, we’re challenging other municipalities and employers to follow our lead. Together, we can create stronger communities by opening doors to meaningful work.
