The City of Niagara Falls is introducing a new visitor screening and sign‑in process at City Hall, effective Wednesday, April 8, 2026, to support a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all residents, businesses, and visitors.

The City of Niagara Falls invites residents and businesses to join Earth Hour on Saturday, March 28, 2026, by turning off non-essential lights from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. to show global support for climate action.

During March Break, the City of Niagara Falls Municipal Enforcement Services conducted a targeted By-law Blitz to identify and address illegal Vacation Rental Units (VRUs) operating within the city.

The City of Niagara Falls is inviting local vendors to apply to participate in the 2026 Niagara Falls Farmers’ Market, taking place every Saturday from May 23 to October 10, 2026.  Applications must be completed online, and details about vendor opportunities can be found at niagarafalls.ca/market.

Beginning June 15, 2026, Air Canada and The Landline Company will provide a direct connection between Niagara District Airport (YCM) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) via luxury motorcoach service.
