If you are experiencing low or inconsistent water pressure at your property, reporting the issue helps the City investigate and address potential problems in the water supply system.

When to contact a private plumber

If there are no water disruptions near your property and all your taps are having water pressure issues, you can contact us to investigate the issue. If only one/some of your taps have water pressure issues, you should reach out to a private plumber to have them investigate the specific issue with the tap/taps.
