Niagara Falls Sparkle Awards Registration Opens Monday, November 17

NIAGARA FALLS, ON - It’s time to shine! The City of Niagara Falls Sparkle Awards are back for 2025, celebrating the city’s brightest and most festive outdoor holiday displays.

This free competition is open to all Niagara Falls residents, with prizes awarded for Best Effects, Judges' Favourite, and the Fred Girardo Community Choice Award.

Registration is open from Monday, November 17, to Monday, December 8, at niagarafalls.ca/sparkleawards. Judging and public voting run from 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14. Winners will be announced on Friday, December 19.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

• Register your display: Sign up online between Nov. 17 and Dec. 8. Entry is free.
• Explore the Sparkle Map: Once registration closes, view all participating properties at niagarafalls.ca/sparkleawards and plan your tour.
• Vote for your favourite: Cast your ballot in the Fred Girardo Community Choice Award during the voting period.
• Join the fun on Facebook: Share photos and campaign for votes on the official event page.
