NIAGARA FALLS, ON - The City of Niagara Falls invites the public to attend its Remembrance Day Service, which will pay tribute to those who sacrificed for our freedoms. This year, the service will again be held outdoors at the Cenotaph, located beside the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Fairview Cemetery, at 4501 Stanley Avenue, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 10:45 a.m.

Cadets in Niagara Falls will honour Canada’s fallen heroes by holding an overnight vigil at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on the night leading up to Remembrance Day. This tradition, which began in 1999 with youth standing watch in silent reflection, symbolizes the ongoing commitment of new generations to remember and honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

The annual Remembrance Day Service will be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person. Residents can watch the broadcast beginning at 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, on the City’s YouTube channel.
