City of Niagara Falls invites artists to participate in Juried Art Exhibition

NIAGARA FALLS, ON — The City of Niagara Falls is inviting local artists to showcase their work in the upcoming Juried Art Exhibition at the Niagara Falls Exchange.

Presented by the Niagara Falls Culture Committee, the exhibition will be on display in the Niagara Falls Exchange Atrium Gallery (5943 Sylvia Place) from Thursday, August 6 to Saturday, November 7, 2026.

The exhibition is open to Niagara Falls residents aged 18 and over. There is no entry fee; however, all participants must register by Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Artists may submit work in a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, photography, fibre, and digital art. (Please note: sculpture submissions are not eligible.) Accepted artwork must be delivered to the Niagara Falls Exchange on Saturday, July 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Cash awards will be presented in the following categories:

• Emerging Artist: $500
• Mayor’s Selection: $1,000
• Best in Show: $1,000

The exhibition will open to the public on Thursday, August 6, during regular Niagara Falls Exchange hours. Admission is free.

An awards ceremony will take place in the Market Hall at the Niagara Falls Exchange on Thursday, August 6, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
