Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON – Beginning June 15, 2026, Air Canada and The Landline Company will provide a direct connection between Niagara District Airport (YCM) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) via luxury motorcoach service.

“Air Canada is very pleased through its partnership with Landline to offer customers in Niagara a convenient travel alternative,” says Ranbir Singh, director, regional airlines and markets at Air Canada. “This new service connects Niagara residents to our global hub at Toronto Pearson, linking them directly with almost anywhere in the world.”

“Niagara residents can now begin their Air Canada journey just minutes from home,” says Nicholas Johnson, vice president of commercial at The Landline Company. “With convenient parking, check-in, and bag tagging in Niagara, travelers can skip the drive to Toronto and relax on a seamless ride to Toronto Pearson with fast, free onboard Wi-Fi, while earning Aeroplan points across their entire itinerary.”

Niagara residents will easily connect to popular destinations across Canada such as Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Halifax, as well as major cities across the United States, Europe, Asia, and beyond. Residents will book the service like any other connecting flight by searching Niagara (YCM) to their end destination on aircanada.com, allowing the motorcoach segment to be included seamlessly in their Air Canada itinerary.

"This new service represents a major step forward in improving air travel access for Niagara residents and visitors to the Niagara region," says Greg Wight, chair, Niagara District Airport Commission. "By partnering with Air Canada and Landline, we are welcoming direct, easy, and convenient travel experiences – with significantly less associated costs and stress – to benefit the half-a-million residents who call Niagara home, and the 13 million tourists who visit Niagara each year."

The new motorcoach service will also provide an enhanced travel experience for tourists planning trips to Niagara. Travelers will book their flights from their departure cities directly to Niagara (YCM) on Air Canada’s website. With a single ticket and a seamless travel experience, visitors can arrive closer to what matters – and to where their trip truly begins – right here in Niagara.

“As visitors step off Air Canada’s motorcoach, they’ll immediately be immersed in the vineyards and landscapes that help define our region, offering a small preview of the experiences waiting for them throughout their stay,” says Wight.

Singh adds, “our new service will contribute to the region’s dynamic tourist industry by making Niagara more easily accessible to the visitors we bring to Canada through Toronto Pearson from all over the world on our global network.”
