How to report a condition of roadway concern

Help keep Niagara Falls roads safe by reporting cracks, sinkholes, damaged guardrails, or other surface issues on public roadways.

You can report a roadway condition concern in a few easy ways.

Note: Include the exact location of the issue (street name and nearest address or intersection). If you have a photo, you can upload it to help staff assess and resolve the concern more quickly.
