Refund policy

For programs with one or two classes or sessions:

• You can get a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the start
• No refunds within 48 hours of the start

For programs with three or more classes or sessions:

• You can get a full refund if the program hasn’t started yet
• If the program has already started, we’ll refund part of the fee based on how many classes are left
• No refunds after the third class

Late enrollment:

• If you join after the first class, we may reduce the fee (pro-rated), but only if the program is run by City staff (i.e. swim lessons)
• We don’t reduce the fee for programs run by outside groups

Other refund info:

• We charge an administration fee per person for all refunds and transfers
• If the City cancels a program, you’ll get a full 100% refund
