A mature neighbourhood park with large shade trees, it features a playground, multi-purpose basketball/ball hockey court, and a single tennis court with pickleball lines. The park also has a large grass field used for multiple sports, including tennis, cricket, soccer, and baseball. Named after Arthur James McKinley in 1982, he was a councillor for 24 years who came to Niagara Falls to start the first telegraph office.
