Front of City Hall showing the park area with green grass, the waterfall fountain in the background and surrounding trees and gardens.

Initially constructed in celebration of Canada's Centennial in 1967, the park is an urban pubic space that fronts Niagara Falls City Hall and the adjacent University of Niagara Falls.
