For over 34 years, Raimondo + Associates Architects Inc. (RAAI), based on historic Queen Street in Niagara Falls, has shaped the architectural identity of Niagara and beyond. Under Emilio Raimondo’s leadership, the firm is recognized for bold vision, design excellence, and deep community engagement. RAAI’s portfolio spans hospitality, wineries, tourism, commercial, institutional, and residential projects, including The Branscombe Mental Health Facility, Wellspring Niagara, Colaneri and Niagara College Wineries, Walker Sports and Abilities Centre, Neil Campbell Rowing Centre, Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum.
In 2019, Raimondo became the first practicing Niagara Falls Architect named a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC). In 2025, RAAI received the Governor General’s Medal in Architecture for the Neil Campbell Rowing Centre, recognizing design excellence and sustainability. RAAI continues to create spaces that inspire, connect, and endure, contributing to Niagara’s cultural and architectural legacy.
