We are excited to announce that the 2026 event will be extended until 8:00 pm. Enjoy the same energy and excitement you're accustomed to at a Canada Day celebration in Niagara Falls, as the festival event format continues at the beautiful Firemen's Park.
With free shuttle buses to and from the event.
What to do
There will be live music and entertainment, interactive kids' shows, activities for all ages, food trucks, community booths, artisans, vendors, inflatables and axe throwing, kids crafts, celebratory cake and more!
What to bring/not bring
- Wear your best red outfit, and bring a hat, sunscreen, bug spray and a picnic blanket
- Stay hydrated! Bring your reusable water bottle to fill up at our filling station.
- Project Share will be collecting non-perishable food items
- Guests are encouraged to leave pets at home, unless they are guide dogs or service animals.
- There is no smoking, vaping or cannabis allowed in the park. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased on-site.
- Personal cooking (BBQ’s, Hibachis, etc.) is not allowed in the park at any time
As this event takes place in an outdoor park setting, visitors may wish to review the Niagara Region's information on ticks.

Event volunteers
The City is seeking volunteers ages 16+ to support a few remaining key positions for the 2026 Canada Day celebrations. Please reach out to staff at recevents@niagarafalls.ca and include your availability, and the events team will connect!
Canada Day vendors and entertainers
Due to an abundance of interest, we will not be seeking any additional applications for Canada Day food vendors, commercial vendors, artisans, community booths or entertainers for the 2026 event.
Annual applications are available in January of that year, and we would encourage you to apply early in 2027 for consideration.
