Help Us Celebrate Earth Hour – Saturday, March 25, 2017

Niagara Falls, ON, March 20, 2017 - Earth Hour is a global effort to encouraging individuals, businesses and governments around the world to create awareness about caring for our environment and celebrating our commitment to the planet by switching off their lights for one designated hour.

The annual highlight of Earth Hour sees the world’s most iconic landmarks, including Niagara Falls go dark for one designated hour, as hundreds of millions of people regardless of race, religion, culture, society, generation and geography, switch off their lights in a global celebration of their commitment to protect the one thing that unites us all - the planet.

We ask you to consider participating this year by turning off your lights at your residence and place of business on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Let’s show the world that Niagara Falls is an earth friendly city.
