Every visitor to the MacBain Centre must wear a face covering, complete COVID-19 screening, and provide proof that they have received their 2nd COVID-19 vaccination at least 14 days ago, along with government-issued photo ID. NEW! As of January 4, the City of Niagara Falls will only accept the QR code issued by the Province of Ontario as proof of vaccination to enter a recreational facility. MyCity Customer Service Centre at MacBain
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The MyCity Customer Service Centre is not offering extended hours at this time.
Our cashiers can accept payments for tax and water bills, parking tickets, parking permits, bus passes, and dog licences. You can also set up pre-authorized payments for your water bills and property taxes at this office. Recreation Staff will be onsite to help you with any event and programming needs.
Walk-in Vaccination Centre
The Niagara Region Public Health is no longer holding vaccination clinics at the MacBain Community Centre. For further information and to book an appointment, please visit Niagara Region Public Health.
Indoor Walking Track
Closing Wednesday, January 5 until further notice. (Updated Jan 3, 2022 2:00 PM)
Reservations are required when the track re-opens and can be made online through our new booking site, ACTIVE Net.
Will be posted when the track re-opens.
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Face coverings and physical distancing (6 feet/2 metres) required
- No running or jogging
- Follow track direction as posted (or in keeping with other track users)
- Keep to the right and allow others to pass on the left
- Shoes must be clean and dry (walking shoes with a rubber tread recommended)
- No food or drink permitted
- Maximum capacity: 10 (subject to change. Last updated Dec 20, 2021)
Washrooms, coat racks and elevators are available. Please do not leave valuable items unattended.
Change rooms and lockers are not available at this time. Water fountains are also not available, except for refilling water bottles.
