Membership applications for 2017 is $30 for residents of Niagara Falls and $35 for non residents this includes HST valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Annual Membership will become due and payable in full on the anniversary of joining date regardless of attendance. Centre membership cards will remain the property of the Coronation Centre. No refunds will be given on membership fees. Should a membership lapse beyond 6 months of expiry date membership will be treated as a new application and not a renewal.
Methods of Payment
The Coronation Centre accepts Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash or Cheque as methods of payment.
No program refunds will be given after one week prior to the commencement of the program.
Request for refund must include a medical note. A $5.00 administration fee will be applied. Any refunds other than those listed above will be at the discretion of the Manager. Refunds will be applied as a credit to member account.
To enforce By-law 80-77 all Coronation members require a parking permit in the Main St. and Summer and Lowell parking lots. Annual parking permits are issued with membership. Please bring vehicle plate details when completing application membership or renewing membership. All unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed as per by law 80-77.
