The Canadian Red Cross & McMaster University are launching a unique health initiative called the Cardiovascular Health Awarerness Program. The goal of this program is to improve the cardiovascular health of older adults in Niagara. We are seeking volunteers 18+ for a minimum of 3 hours/month for at least 6 months.
