Ken Todd began his position as Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Niagara Falls in May 2009. Ken has had a 39 year career in municipal government, including 21 years in the role of CAO and 13 years as Corporate Services Director. He attended Stamford Collegiate and has degrees from both Queen's University and Wilfrid Laurier University. Ken also holds a diploma in Municipal Administration from McMaster University.
Ken also serves as the President and CEO of the Niagara Falls Holding Company and is the Secretary to the Board for Spark Niagara.
Ken is a life-long resident of Niagara Falls, has been married 42 years to wife Judy, has four grown children, and two grandchildren.
In addition to his work at the City, Ken is involved in the community and has volunteered for a number of organizations including Niagara Falls Community Outreach, Red Raiders Basketball and Project Share.
